Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at support@xgroww.com or call +91 98765 43210 with your order ID.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product is significantly different from the description

Opened seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method or as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened fertilizers, pesticides, and seeds
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items without original packaging
